Looking unto Jesus

Hebrews 12 calls believers to run the race set before us by looking unto Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. In this sermon, we examine how Christ blazed the trail of salvation through His incarnation, sinless life, death, and resurrection—and how the joy set before Him enabled Him to endure the cross. Because of what He accomplished, we can look to Jesus in the past for salvation, to the future for resurrection and eternal hope, and in the present as we lay aside every burden and sin, renew our minds, and continue running faithfully toward Him.
