Zack Stephens
Co-Pastor
I am one of the two founding Pastors of The Way Church. I started teaching youth in 2008 and was called to preach in 2014! I am excited to see what God will do through our church in the years to come!
My wife Brittany and I have been married since January 2009! After many years of infertility battles and IVF, in 2015, we were blessed with our twins, Eli and Aly. I work for SSU at the Kricker Innovation Hub as the Special Project Coordinator. As a family, we love playing soccer, anything outdoors, and having movie nights!
As a Pastor, I am passionate about seeing our community grow closer to God and to each other. I truly believe that the local church is the hope of the world, and great things are done when we unite against one enemy and unite around one mission: to go and make disciples of all nations!

Being 1 of the 2 founding Pastors of The Way Church, I’m so excited to see God working in and changing the lives of those who trust in Him. I was saved on February 16, 1999 and after teaching adult Sunday school for several years, I answered the call to preach in November 2007.
My wife Krista and I have been married since March of 1999 and in December of 2000 we were blessed with our only daughter Bailee. We love the outdoors, taking rides, watching movies, playing games and spending time with friends and family.
I was hired out with Norfolk Southern RR in 1997 where I continue to work as a Locomotive Engineer.
As a Pastor, I have a desire to see people come into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. To see that relationship grow and to have a positive impact on and in our community through love and kindness towards one another. I believe the church should be a lighthouse to those in the dark, shining the way towards Jesus.

After the birth of our beautiful daughter, Ellerie, in 2022, my wife, Lori, and I felt called to find a church to call home in 2023. After being invited to a Bible study at The Way Church, we attended that Sunday in the month of July and formed the family in Christ that we had longed for.
Since then, we have welcomed another beautiful baby girl, Ivy, into our family. Together, we enjoy playing and learning music, gardening, spending time outdoors, staying active, and cherishing moments with friends and family!
As the worship leader of The Way Church, my passion is to create an environment for others to draw closer to God, spend intimate time with Him, seek His presence, and align their hearts with His will. I look forward to growing together with the congregation and being part of all that God is doing here!

I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord & Savior on March 14, 2010, at the age of 47. I have been on fire for Him ever since! I love to share Jesus with others! He has changed my life so much & I love to watch Him work in others, too!
I searched for many years for the "something missing" in my life & when I met Jesus... I found it! He is the answer! He is our only hope! I have been married to my husband Donnie since November 4, 1994. He also gave his heart to the Lord on March 14, 2010! We enjoy going to Church & helping people.
We started Shope Trucking, Inc. in September of 1997 where I am the bookkeeper. I love Jesus & am so thankful for my relationship with Him! I want to help others get to know Him & develop a close, personal, intimate relationship with Him! I'm very much looking forward to what God has for us at The Way Church!
